Scandinavian Campaign Coordinator

Job summary

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for effectively launching and maintaining online advertising campaigns using our bespoke “ad-serving” system.

Communicating with delivery managers, sales executives, account managers and traffic, this role represents an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and lively team within a thriving international company.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Launching new campaigns and monitoring initial performance
  • Updating campaigns with new delivery parameters in both ACE (our ad-serving system) and Siebel (our CRM tool)
  • Keeping key personnel informed both internally and in remote offices
  • Generating reports for clients

Required skills and abilities

  • Outstanding attention to detail is required
  • Ability to multitask and still work efficiently as part of a hard working team
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Thorough knowledge of standard PC applications
  • Good understanding of the internet

Education and/or experience

  • Scandinavian language skills (At least one Scandinavian language)
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree / relevant qualification preferable but not essential
