Job summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a very fast-growing new media organization. Advertising.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL Time Warner, the world’s largest media group. Working closely within the Sales team, the Client Services Assistant

• Will be responsible for the day to day management of online advertising campaigns in Advertising.com Finland network.
• Position involves internal communication, liaising with Quantitative team, Sales Executives, Finance, Process and Traffic departments.
• The Client Services Assistant will function as a ’bridge’ between the local Finland sales department and the UK departments.
• Communication externally, with agencies and direct clients regarding creative and client reporting.

Duties and responsibilities

• You will supervise delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client, drive revenue through long-term contracts and develop new opportunities with them.
• Customer Service - A key responsibility both internally and externally. Client Services Assistant will be the sales person’s first point of contact on any campaign related issues.
• You should possess strong communication (both verbal and written), analytical and customer relationship management skills due Communication externally, with agencies and direct clients regarding creative and client reporting.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong business ethic and a hunger for financial success in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Required skills and abilities

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and external clients.
• Maintains own work flow and meets deadlines, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Shows initiative in approach to sourcing leads, making contact with potential partners.
• Excellent phone, presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of PC applications and Internet.
• Prioritice tasks from different areas from the business.
• Fluent in English.

Education and/or experience

• 1 year's professional experience would be ideal or relevant educational background.
